To change the wheel rpm/pressure of the Rapidline grinding wheel you will need to do the following:

1) When in the HMI home screen press F8 (cutting table manual functions)

2) Then press S6 (Tool Menu)

3) Press S6 again (Cutting Wheel/Grinding Wheel)

4) Then press F5 (Grinding Parameter)

5) From here, under the Cutting Wheel Overview you can change the dressing distance, turning dressing on/off, grinding speed (wheel RPM), grinding pressure, actual way stepping drive, and distance until stepping drive service. These values will be used for ALL glass articles when grinding. Once you have entered the values you need, you will need to click F7 to save these values.

****You must take note the manufacturers maximum RPM of the grinding wheel prior to increasing the wheel RPMS.****

****Take note of the current values on your machine before changing in the case you need to return to the factory settings****
