How to check I/O inputs and outputs on PLC through the Rapidline HMI
1) From the HMI home screen you will need to press shift+F3 (Service)
2) After pressing service it will bring you to this screen. Press shift+F1 (service) to get into the log in screen.
3) Once the log in screen pops up it will ask for a password. On most machines there is no password and you will simply press the green checkmark to log in. If it asks for a password try STDMMI
4) Now press (F8) “Back” in the lower right corner of the HMI. This will bring you back to the home screen as shown below.
5) Once you are back in the home screen you will press (F12) on the keyboard (this is not a physical button on the HMI). This will bring you to the screen shown below where you will then press (F5) PLC Signals.
6) After pressing (F5) PLC signals you will see (F7) I/O’s. Click (F7) I/O’s
7) Once you have pressed (F7) I/O’s the HMI will bring you to the Phoenix Modulvisualization screen. From here you will be able to see all of the I/O’s for the Rapidline in a live state.
Once finished always close out of the HEGLA service screen. You can do so by following the steps below
1) Press (F11) on the keyboard (This is not a physical button on the HMI).
2) This will bring you to the home screen again where you will then press (shift+F3) Service and then (shift+F1) Service-Hegla. Once successfully logged out of the service screen you will see the blue bar on the top of the HMI go blank and to the color grey.
