Rapidline Lubrication & Maintenance Plan

 

These lubricating instructions are intended to assist the operator to lubricate the ballscrews of the used linear guideways.
Caution: An excessive quantity of grease will destroy the linear bearings!
For more information about the maintenance of the guide rails and the recommended lubricants see chapter 8 of the Operating Manual.

 

 

Cleaning and lubrication works on the Rapidline

 

Maintenance after 40 hours

 

Lubricating after 8 weeks

 

Lubricating after 8 weeks

 

Lubricating after 12 weeks

 

Lubricating the belts-drive chain :
These lubricating instructions are intended to assist the operator to lubricate the drive chain of the belts.
For more information about the maintenance of the chain and the recommended lubricants see chapter 8 of the Operating Manual.

 

Lubricating after 40 hours

 

Lubricating the grinding device :
These lubricating instructions are intended to assist the operator to lubricate the lift (guide shaft) and the rotary drive of the grinding device.
For more information about the maintenance of the chain and the recommended lubricants see chapter 8 of the Operating Manual.

 

Lubricating after 80 hours
