A defective safety key of a safety option can be replaced by a new safety key.
Replace the safety key as follows:
- Have the original acceptance report available or document the current checksums.
- Switch off the device.
- Replace the defective safety key.
- Switch on the device again.
- In MOVISUITE®, open the "Assist CS.." parameterization tool.
- Load the parameters into the safety option.
- Generate a report.
- Compare the previous checksums with the current checksums. No checksum must have changed. If the checksums differ, check the corresponding functions again.
- Publish the successful acceptance.
INFORMATION
After replacing the safety key of the MOVISAFE® CSA31A safety option, you must perform the referencing of the CSA31A again.
