- Begin by signing into the service menu on the panelview of the Rapidstorage. If you do not know how to do this here is a link explaining the procedure: Rapid Storage - Signing into the service menu
- Once you are in the service menu you will need to select "Slot Setup" as shown below.
- Your screen should look like the one shown below now.
- Select the slot you would like to store a new position for
- Enter the desired setpoint position for the crossmotion encoder for the selected slot
- Make sure you are selecting the correct side for the slot (left or right) as it needs to have the arrow next to it and be highlighted in black. If you teach a left side rack to the right side positioning laser you will end up crashing two racks together!
- Once you have the setpoint position correct and have selected the correct encoder side (left or right) you can press the store positon button (you may have to hold this button down for 3 seconds to save the changes).
