STORAGE MANAGEMENT - How to book & delete racks

How to book a rack:

 

  • To book a rack double click the rack you are wanting to book. In this example we will be booking on rack 4

  • Now click "F3" Store glass on rack. This will take you to the screen shown below.

In this example we are booking 3mm 270 Low-E. 

  1. Select what type of glass you are booking (indicated by the brown arrow).
  2. Type in the amount of sheets (indicated by the black arrow).
  3. Select whether you have a coversheet or not (indicated by red arrow).
  4. Select the type of spacer you have (indicated by green arrow).
  5. Type how many packs you have (indicated by gold arrow).
  6. Type the delivery order number (indicated by purple arrow). Typically it is set as the rack number. So delivery order number 1 is 4 in this example.

  • After you have entered all of the necessary criteria you can click "F1" Booking. A pop up message will display whether the booking was successful or not.

     

How to delete a rack booking

 

  • Double click the rack you need to delete a booking on. In this example we will be deleting a booking on rack 4

  • Click the booking you are wanting to delete so it is highlighted and then press "SF4" Delete Position.
  • A pop up message will appear asking if you really want to delete this booking. Click yes or ja.
